On March 9th, the Creative Writing Club completed our first workshop! Last Tuesday, nine writers met for a virtual writing session based on prompts created by VP Tabitha. After discussing the rules of the workshop and going over the list of prompts, writers turned off their cameras and mics to get to writing. Afterwards, they came back together to discuss their reactions to this first half. A week later, after given time to touch up their work, the writers met again to conduct the workshop portion. They took turns sharing their pieces; the workshoppers took 15 minutes to leave comments on the piece via GoogleDoc comments; and then it was followed by a discussion.

All writers found this first time to be a success and are excited to continue this series in the coming semesters!
